I assume you fine-tune your /etc/usb_nf file and after you run the command, the storage device goes away and the wireless device comes out of the bushes. The second issue we (read: you, since you have the device) need to work on is actually getting the flip-flop to stop seeing a USB storage device in lsusb and start seeing a wireless device enumerated 13B1:0031.
